What's included in the fixed price?
All packages include pre-production planning, the shoot day, post-production editing, music licensing, and final delivery files. The only common extras are additional shoot days, professional voiceover talent, or extended revision rounds beyond what's included.
How long does the whole process take?
Most projects run 3 to 4 weeks from brief to final delivery. Rush timelines are available, so contact us to discuss your deadline.
Can I buy just one element, like editing only?
Yes. If you have existing footage we can edit, or just need a script written, we can accommodate standalone services. Get in touch with what you need.
Do you work interstate?
Yes. We operate in Sydney and Perth, and travel across Australia for projects. Interstate travel costs are quoted separately.
Who owns the final video?
You do. All rights to the finished video are transferred to you on delivery. Certain licensed music elements are subject to the terms of their respective licences.
Can the packages be upgraded after we start?
Absolutely. If your brief grows during pre-production, we'll adjust the quote and scope before the shoot.
